What is included in each Advent Calendar?

Each calendar holds 24 numbered compartments, one for each day of the countdown, each with its own themed surprise. The exact contents list for each theme will be published here once it is verified against the supplier’s SKU.

How does the 24-day countdown work?

Open drawer number 1 on December 1st, then one drawer a day in order. The last drawer, number 24, opens on Christmas Eve.

When should I start opening the compartments?

Start on December 1st so the countdown finishes on Christmas Eve. Please order early enough for delivery before December.

How long does shipping take?

We ship within 3 days of your order, and delivery takes 8–15 days. Shipping is $7, and free on orders over $69.

Can I send this as a gift?

Yes — you can order a calendar to a recipient’s address at checkout. Gift wrapping and gift-message options depend on the fulfilment package and are not promised.

What is the return policy?

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Opened items cannot be returned or refunded. The buyer pays the return shipping.
